Job Overview We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant to join our team. If you are an organised individual with a willingness to learn and develop in the HR field, this role is perfect for you. The position will focus on providing support in key HR areas, including recruitment, time management, administrative tasks, and occupational health and safety.
Responsibilities Time management:
Oversee employees’ working hours, update records, and resolve any issues related to working hours.
Administrative tasks:
Support the update of employee records, maintaining files and databases.
Occupational Health and Safety support:
Manage health and safety training sessions, ensure correct distribution and use of PPE, and maintain records related to workplace safety.
Document storage:
Ensure all employee-related documentation is correctly stored, both digitally and physically, in line with company policies and legal requirements.
General administration support:
Assist with a wide range of administration tasks, including employee inquiries, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting administrative functions as needed.
Event organisation:
Assist in the organisation of office events, team-building activities, and other internal initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications A Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Finance, Labour Relations, HR Management, or a similar field.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good knowledge of Office / Google Drive suite (Excel, spreadsheets).
Ability to work well in a team and in a dynamic environment.
Job Conditions Permanent full‑time contract, 37.5 hours/week. From 2024 we have pledged to work 2.5 hours less every week.
Adaptable working hours and early finish at 14:00 on Fridays.
26 working days of annual leave and the 24th and 31st of December are non‑working days.
