Bilingual Personal & Executive Assistant

Our client, an international couple with multiple bases and a background in Tech and Venture Capital, are seeking a Bilingual (preferably trilingual) PA & EA to provide comprehensive personal and light business support from the Barcelona area.

The role is weighted approximately 70% personal and 30% business support. The remit includes (but is not limited to):

• Plan and manage complex travel (approximately 10 to 12 trips per year) across multiple destinations, handling flights, accommodation, logistics and all associated documentation
• Manage private life administration comprehensively: health insurance, vehicle insurance, household matters and liaising with relevant service providers
• Support the family on an ad hoc basis, including occasional coordination for three teenage children
• Assist with potential residential projects: liaising with architects, contractors and local authorities to ensure project progress (occasional visits)
• Organise private events and gatherings as required, bringing creativity and attention to detail to each occasion
• Recommend local services (household administration) coordinate and onboard if necessary
• Ad hoc projects and errands as required
• Provide ad hoc local/language support where required

• Light EA duties for Executive: travel coordination, meeting organisation and email management for the principal (full calendar scheduling unlikely)
• Light support across ten board positions (coordinating materials, communications and logistics as required)
• Plan and execute occasional professional events including offsites, conferences and team experiences
• Act as a reliable liaison across professional contacts, communicating with clarity and discretion
• Manage internal systems and documentation across platforms including Notion and Slack, maintaining clear structure and ownership

Total bilingualism in English and Spanish (ideally Catalan) is essential for this role, whilst Catalan preferred. Knowledge of French would also be advantageous. The chosen candidate will have five or more years of experience in a sophisticated PA/EA role (ideally in a tech or fast growth environment), with a demonstrable track record of being solution-oriented, taking full ownership of a varied and complex remit.

Strong technical aptitude and comfort with tools such as Notion, Airtable, Slack and AI powered workflows is non-negotiable, along with a deep love for music or the arts.

Salary -- Starting at €50,000

Timetable -- No strict work hours. Asynchronous with focus on completion (Occasional special requirements for events)

Hybrid/On-site -- Remote with occasional F2F meetings at Residence

Driving license required/strongly preferred.
