We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic  Warehouse Shift Manager  based in  Hospitalet de Llobregat  to coordinate daily logistics operations, lead on-the-floor teams, and drive operational efficiency. Your responsibilities:

Task Allocation:  Distribute daily workload (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, etc.) based on operational priorities.

Direct Supervision:  Guide and support the team on the warehouse floor to ensure processes are executed correctly and efficiently.

Coaching & Training:  Capability to train new hires on regulations, machinery operation (forklifts, stackers), and WMS (Warehouse Management System) usage.

Goods Flow:  Ensure compliance with inbound and outbound turnaround times.

Quality Control:  Minimize order preparation errors and track stock damages or discrepancies.

Problem Solving:  Resolve operational bottlenecks, workflow disruptions, or system errors during the shift.

Oversee  strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.

Ensure  the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Maintain order,  cleanliness, and basic upkeep of the work area (5S Methodology).

Monitor KPIs  (hourly productivity, cycle times).

Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves):

Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1–2 years in a coordination, supervisory, or team leader role.

Technical

Skills:

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., SAP, Red Prairie, Manhattan, or similar) and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel).

Certifications:

Valid machinery licenses for standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, power pallet jacks).

Languages:

Fluent Spanish. Good command of  English  (B2 level or higher) for reporting or working in international environments.

Safety & Standards:  Solid practical understanding of Spanish Occupational Health & Safety regulations (PRL) and 5S methodology.

Experience in fast-paced e-commerce, retail distribution, or cold-chain environments.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary:  €25,000 – €35,000 Gross / Year (commensurate with experience and operational background).

Contract Type:  Permanent, full-time contract under Spanish labour contract

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week). Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm, and occasionally work on Saturdays.
