Budget & Business Controlling Senior Specialist

Overview

Cuatrecasas is seeking a corporate image manager who will report directly to the COO and serve the firm’s different functional areas. This role manages the firm’s brand image, leads and supervises the in‑house team of graphic designers, and, based on the brand manual, develops the organization’s corporate image, updates it, and ensures correct application by all groups linked to the firm.

• Define the design strategy applied to the firm’s documents, communications and all its devices
• Develop, update and supervise the use of the Cuatrecasas brand and its brand tree
• Propose new designs and improvements for the firm’s corporate image and update the design of different applications and platforms
• Create resources and templates to decentralize and facilitate the application of the corporate image
• Develop training sessions and ensure the necessary support to communicate the corporate image within the firm and facilitate its application
• Manage and supervise the in‑house team of designers, optimize processes, prioritize tasks, and, if necessary, implement automation
• Manage and update the brand manual
• Supervise all design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency in graphic design
• Create digital graphic resources, printed documents, and templates (Microsoft Office environment)
• Stay up to date on sector developments and tools

• Between 5 to 10 years of accredited experience as a corporate image team manager, either in a company (professional services valued) or in a communication/advertising agency or design studio
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related fields;
  Master’s degrees and related postgraduate courses valued
• Knowledge of Mac OS X and PC operating systems; mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Training in web design (UX, HTML, CSS), Figma or Adobe XD and video animation (After Effects and Premiere, or similar)
• Competency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good written communication skills
