Control Tower Outbound Specialist

For this role fluency in both English and Spanish language is required.

The EU External Fulfilment (EF) network comprises approximately 40 Fulfillment Centers operated by third-party logistics providers (3PLs), delivering flexible and scalable solutions to complement Amazon's core fulfillment network.

Our network provides:

• Capacity solutions – Flexible storage and throughput to meet dynamic demand.
• Specialized operations – Hazmat handling, Bulk Wine & Spirits (BWS), Inbound Cross Dock (IXD), Storage Distribution Centers (SDC), Inventory Control Centers (ICC), and more.
• Market expansion – Strategic fulfillment capabilities in emerging markets.

As EU EF undergoes operational transformation, we're building enhanced expertise in Outbound (OB) operations to drive excellence across our 3PL network.

The EU 3PL Control Tower delivers 24/7 end-to-end operational support to 3PL buildings across the EU and UK External Fulfilment chain. Our mission is to provide standardized, optimized processes with frustration-free communication, ensuring seamless collaboration between Amazon and our 3PL partners.

We're seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with operational logistics experience and an innovative, hands-on approach to join our Control Tower team.

This role involves daily operational task resolution and continuous communication with 3PL providers and Amazon teams – including problem solvers and node managers – to drive KPI performance and operational excellence.

This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of EU External Fulfilment's operational transformation, working with logistics operations and driving meaningful improvements across a network of 40+ fulfillment centers.

• Operational Support (Operational Pillar):
  • Provide reactive and proactive support to 3PL providers and Amazon internal teams.
  • Resolve daily operational challenges in collaboration with 3PL partners and Amazon stakeholders.
  • Monitor and drive KPI management across the 3PL network.
  • Facilitate communication between 3PLs, problem solvers, and node managers.
• Process Improvement (BI Pillar):
  • Lead internal projects to enhance and automate Control Tower services.
  • Develop business intelligence solutions to improve operational visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.

• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• Experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish

• Experience of stakeholder management including building and maintaining professional relationships
• Experience in an operational environment, such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Upper intermediate proficiency in English
