Arcadis is looking for a Junior Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Technical Advisory team in Barcelona
.

This position is suitable for a highly motivated Junior Consultant (f/m/d) who wishes to consolidate their career within a leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets, joining a successful team working with exceptional multinational clients.

• Provide independent project monitoring services for banks, investment funds, and institutional clients during real estate development and construction projects.
• Review and analyze project documentation, budgets, schedules, and contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with client requirements as well as applicable technical and urban planning regulations.
• Monitor construction progress, assess quality, and evaluate potential delays or cost overruns through regular site visits and reporting.
• Prepare clear, concise monitoring reports highlighting key risks, recommendations, and actions required to protect client interests.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience (background in consultancy is highly valuable).
• Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
• Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverables to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.
• Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
• Driver’s license and possibility of driving.
• Availability to travel within Spain and occasionally abroad.
