We are looking   for an   Junior Accounts Payable      with Italian speaking skills   to join our Finance Team. If you are looking for a dynamic, international and diverse team as well as opportunities to grow, you are in the right place.

Your Responsibilities:

Enter supplier invoices accurately on our system (currently Odoo) as required
Ensure the AP ledger in maintained and reconciled accurately
Send invoices to manager or department head for approval
Assist with month-end close and annual audit
Cost center accounting. Accounting records
Other ad hoc tasks

What we expect from you:

Experience of at least 6 months in accounts payable or similar.
Demonstrable competence in accounting and business management software, Odoo or similar (Oracle, Sap, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Advanced level of Excel.
Full Professional Proficiency in English.
Right to work in Spain.
