About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join Onecowork’s Finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, who is eager to learn and grow within the finance department. A minimum level of previous accounting experience is required.

• Record supplier invoices in the accounting system.
• Perform payment reconciliations.
• Identify discrepancies and collaborate on their resolution.
• Support procurement management.
• Keep the supplier database up to date.
• Support the monthly closing of the AR module.
• Prepare simple expense control reports.
• Collaborate in internal and external audits by providing documentation.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes.

• Degree or vocational training in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Previous knowledge of the billing cycle or accounts receivable (a plus).
• Previous experience with ERPs (Odoo, Oracle Net Suite, A3, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic English (ability to understand documentation and simple emails).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
