Fullstack Developer

📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a special focus on the frontend layer, but with the ability to perform competently on the backend. The successful candidate will have experience working with JavaScript, PHP, and React, and will be responsible for participating in the entire digital product development cycle, from the user interface to integration with services and APIs. We are looking for a versatile, product-oriented profile with sensitivity to the user experience, but who is also comfortable working “on the server side” when necessary.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using JavaScript, React, and PHP.
• Implement attractive, accessible, and functional user interfaces in collaboration with the design team.
• Integrate APIs and backend services, working hand in hand with other developers to ensure robust and secure data flow.
• Participate in the technical design of new features, contributing both frontend and backend vision.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve performance, usability, and security issues.
• Participate in the planning, estimation, and monitoring of tasks within the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the code base, architecture, and internal processes (code review, standards, best practices, documentation, etc.).
• Collaborate in test automation and testing and improving software quality.

• Proven experience in web development using JavaScript and React on the frontend.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies (responsive design, preprocessors, etc.).
• Experience in backend development with PHP and use of frameworks such as Laravel or other equivalents.
• Knowledge of Node.js and Express (or other similar frameworks) will be highly valued.
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., Mongo
  
  DB).
• Familiarity with frontend state patterns and use of libraries/frameworks such as Redux, MobX, or others.
• Knowledge of testing (unit, integration, and/or end-to-end) and debugging skills.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or others).
• Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly and proactively, and adapt to new technological challenges.

• Knowledge of Kotlin and/or interest in learning and working with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Experience in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) environments.
• Basic knowledge of good security practices in web applications.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (cloud, frameworks, languages, or methodologies).
