We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Fullstack Engineer with a frontend focus to help us shape the face of Workfully.

You’ll work closely with design and product to build high‑quality, performant user interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring a smooth experience for both recruiters and candidates. You’ll care deeply about design consistency, maintainable code, and frontend architecture that scales.

• Build user-facing features with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Ensure design consistency and accessibility across the platform
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive, high‑performing interfaces
• Apply clean code and architectural patterns to frontend development
• Write maintainable, well‑tested code with strong attention to detail

We work with a modern Type Script‑based stack:

• Frontend:React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Backend:NestJS, Sequelize, Maria
  
  DB / PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure:AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, Cloud Watch), Docker, Auth0
• Testing & CI/CD:Jest, Testing Library, Git Hub Actions
• Principles:SOLID, Domain‑Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture

• You have strong experience building modern React / Next.js applications
• You care about the details — UX, performance, and code clarity
• You collaborate well with designers and care about consistency
• You’re curious, reliable, and motivated by shipping high‑quality features

We work hybrid — two days a week from our sea‑view office in Barceloneta, the rest wherever you work best.
