OverviewIn this role you will work with teams to develop and apply machine learning to digitally transform our business processes and the client experience of ADP’s products and solutions. You will collaborate with our machine learning engineers and software engineers to solve real‑world business challenges using advanced machine learning techniques. Your work will impact products that touch millions of people’s lives.
Daily projects will range from deep learning, research & development, algorithm development, natural language processing to deployment of ML models into production.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment to identify, design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning solutions.
- Design and implement state‑of‑the‑art data products, machine learning models, and systems to optimize the HCM system user experience.
- Write clean code and documentation, champion best practices, and produce highly adaptive, high‑performing, continuous‑learning AI models and systems.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing them with the space to think independently while collaborating as a team.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field. - Experience:
6‑8 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Communication:
Advanced English skills. - Technical skills:
Fluency in Python (including packages such as pandas, scikit‑learn, etc.); strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and data science/machine learning techniques; familiarity with natural language processing.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of generative and embedding models.
- Experience with non‑relational databases such as No
SQL and vector databases. - Exposure to Databricks platform, MLflow, and/or Jupyter notebooks.
- Understanding of data products such as recommender systems, classifiers, chatbots, etc.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, Sage Maker) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
