Senior Front-End Engineer

Overview

We are a global leader in AI-driven retail pricing and analytics, part of Dow Jones. Our core product is Price Cast Fuel, an AI-first enterprise solution that supports strategic decision-making for retail companies in volatile markets.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable front-end features using modern web frameworks with minimal oversight.
• Actively participate in the analysis and design phases, proactively identifying areas for codebase improvement, ensuring system health through refactoring, and setting technical standards.
• Engage with the team in pair programming, structured code reviews, and constructive feedback.

• 2–4 years of practical experience in front-end software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive technical expertise developing enterprise SaaS solutions and user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Type Script and one or more of the top 3 frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience working with full-stack meta-frameworks such as Next.js, Nuxt, etc.
• Experience working with REST, Graph
  
  QL or similar.
• Strong knowledge of writing robust automated front-end tests and experience with frameworks such as Vitest, Playwright or similar.
• The ability to systematically analyze problems, independently make informed technical decisions, and contribute to architectural discussions.

• Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI and integrating them into the application.
• Prior experience working in a Scrum-inspired agile environment using tools like JIRA, Intelli
  
  J and source control (Git).
