Senior Fullstack Engineer – Applied AI

Our technology is designed to make recruiting more transparent, fair, and scalable. We’re a profitable early-stage company with clients like Travel Perk, OLX, Accenture, Inditex, and Free Now, and we’re now expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of the Workfully platform.

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who’s passionate about product, user experience, and applied AI.

You’ll work end-to-end across the stack — from concept and design discussions to production-ready delivery — building features that make our platform smarter and more intuitive. You’ll collaborate with product and design early in the process, experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search, and help us bring real AI value into recruiting.

• Deliver features end-to-end across frontend and backend
• Collaborate with product and design during discovery and planning
• Integrate AI components (LLMs, embeddings, semantic search) where they add value
• Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure technical scalability
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and testing

We work with a modern Type Script-based stack:

• Frontend:
  React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Backend:
  NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, Cloud Watch), Docker, Auth0
• Testing & CI/CD:
  Jest, Testing Library, Git Hub Actions
• Principles: SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture
