• Solve complex challenges: partner closely with the team to analyze core problems and develop targeted hypotheses.

• Shape backend strategy: collaborate with the wider backend community to execute and promote key strategic initiatives from our roadmap.

• Real‑time alerting: strong expertise in building and maintaining real‑time alerting systems.
• Backend experience: 5+ years of backend development with a specialization in high‑scale distributed systems.
• Programming: proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with deep experience in microservices (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
• Containers & orchestration: hands‑on experience with Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, ECS, or Docker Swarm.
• Data streaming: experience with stream processing tools, specifically Kafka.
• System architecture: deep understanding of system architecture, microservices design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Engineering best practices: strong advocate for SOLID principles, security, testing, observability, and scalability.
• CI/CD & Git: advanced expertise in Git workflows for large‑scale codebases and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile methodology: proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Ownership & drive: self‑starter and detail‑oriented professional capable of delivering projects with minimal supervision.
