We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team and drive the development of cutting‑edge applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development
, machine learning, and a proven track record of deploying robust, scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready systems that integrate and utilize state‑of‑the‑art LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, specialized models).
• Implement and optimize data pipelines for model training, fine‑tuning, and inference, ensuring high performance and data quality.
• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Python codebases, APIs, and microservices to support LLM‑powered applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and viable AI solutions.
• Conduct experimentation, evaluation, and iteration on model/algorithm performance, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, AI/ML methodologies, and relevant tooling (e.g., Lang Chain, Hugging Face, vector databases).
• Ensure responsible AI practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Experience fine‑tuning LLMs for domain adaptation.
• Hands‑on experience on building algorithms leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Know‑how on process of experimentations for model/algorithm improvements.
• Expertise in Python and its relevant data science/ML libraries.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) fundamentals and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with MLOps principles and tools for managing the end‑to‑end machine learning lifecycle.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with frameworks like Lang Chain or Llama Index for building LLM applications and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma) and embedding models.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant AI/LLM work.
