Q-Tech is a recruitment agency specializing in connecting IT talent with companies across various technology sectors.

• Manage real-time stock availability for a large-scale e-commerce platform
• Own features end-to-end, from design to production
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams
• Propose technical ideas and challenge existing decisions
• Participate in an on-call rotation for a critical system
• Work across a partially legacy and partially modern stack during an active migration

• 4+ Years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer
• Solid hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Kotlin or strong ability to ramp up quickly
• Proficiency in frontend development with Vue.js and Type Script
• Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with GCP or another major cloud provider
• Experience writing unit, integration, and E2E tests
• English level B2-C1
• Nice to have: TDD experience.
