ERNI provides IT consulting services and develops Med Tech software solutions, including simulation applications for diagnostic workflows and laboratory environments.

• Develop new functionalities for .NET simulation solutions for diagnostic workflows and laboratory environments;
• Maintain existing .NET simulation solutions;
• Create unit tests;
• Manually validate implementations;
• Document development work;
• Collaborate with developers, architecture, QA, Product and Scrum roles;
• Critically review AI-assisted code suggestions.

• Strong experience developing backend solutions with C# and .NET Core / .NET;
• Solid experience designing and developing REST APIs;
• Experience working with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core;
• Hands‑on experience with Docker containers, Git and SQL databases;
• Critical thinking and proactivity;
• Willingness to manually test implementations and validate solutions before considering them complete;
• Nice to have:
  Experience with DDD, Event-Driven Development, Clean Architecture or Gherkin-based testing.
