You’ll be part of the Provider Tools team, a product-driven group focused on building solutions that help independent professionals manage their day-to-day operations with ease. This includes functionality like scheduling, availability management, pricing configuration, and other personalized settings. The team’s goal is to empower users to grow their businesses while ensuring the overall health of the platform. As a lead or senior engineer, you’ll help define system architecture, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and deliver robust, intuitive features that directly contribute to user success and business impact.
Techstack
The company’s core technologies include React and React Native for the frontend, Python with Django on the backend, and relational databases for data management. The team works in an agile environment with continuous integration and deployment practices.
What will you doLead or contribute significantly to the development of user-facing features that support independent providers
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to bring ideas from concept to production
Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge to strengthen team capabilities
Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and reliability
Help define technical priorities and architecture improvements within the team
Ensure consistent, scalable, and accessible user experiences across platforms
5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in cross-functional product teams
Proficiency with React, React Native, Python, Django, and relational databases
A strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows
Experience building mobile and web applications in collaborative environments
A user-focused mindset with attention to design and performance
Solid communication skills and the ability to lead complex initiatives
Passion for clean code, testing, and engineering best practices
Fluency in English and a collaborative, curious approach to problem-solving
