We’re looking for a visionary designer to shape the future of our brand through extraordinary spaces.

Design and develop architectural and interior environments that reflect the excellence, innovation, and quality of Roca and Laufen. From showrooms and trade fairs to flagship projects, you’ll lead the transformation of concepts into immersive brand experiences.

• Lead design and execution of high-impact architectural and interior projects
• Collaborate with top-tier architecture and interior studios
• Work closely with marketing, product, and architecture teams
• Select materials and finishes that embody our brand identity
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and technical teams
• Integrate sustainable and innovative solutions across all phases

• Degree in Architecture
• 7+ years of experience in premium architecture and interior design
• Proficiency in Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong grasp of global design trends and benchmarks
• Fluent in English and Spanish
