Main Activities

Analysis and optimization of architectural aspects to enhance the overall value and market appeal of real estate projects.
Preparation of detailed sales specifications based on in-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and brands available in the market.
Production of sales and marketing materials, including commercial floor plans, using AutoCAD, BIM-Revit, and Photoshop.
Calculation of commercial areas and preparation of corresponding price lists.
Collaboration in the development of 3D visualizations and renderings to support marketing activities.
Design and development of interior layouts and furnishing concepts for assigned properties.
Creation of furnishing proposals and design hypotheses aligned with the project’s commercial and aesthetic goals.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or a related field.
3–4 years of professional experience in architectural design, interior design, or real estate development.
Strong technical background combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM-Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proactive, flexible, and dynamic approach with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
