The company develops web and mobile products for patients, internal clinic software, and machine-learning solutions to transform orthodontic care.

• Raise quality across the design team through critique, mentorship, and hands-on work on complex problems;
• Set standards for craft, systems, and design rigour, especially across web products;
• Represent design as the senior voice in cross-functional discussions with PM, ML, marketing, and engineering;
• Grow into formal line management as the team scales;
• Own the design strategy for session-to-lead and lead-to-booking experiences on web;
• Partner with the Growth PM to identify high-leverage opportunities and design and ship solutions;
• Apply rigorous experimentation focused on learning, not only launching;
• Contribute design input and direction across mobile products, clinic tools, and the patient app;
• Help other designers improve their work through active collaboration;
• Build systems and components that enable high-volume campaign production without diluting the brand;
• Define quality standards for performance creative and landing pages;
• Work with PM, data, and engineering to design experiences that improve intent signals and first-visit attendance;
• Use design to improve lead quality as well as lead volume.

• 6+ Years of experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer, including end-to-end design leadership;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first web design and growth/conversion surfaces;
• Experience raising the quality of other designers’ work;
• formal management is not required;
• Expert knowledge of Figma, including components, systems, and rapid prototyping;
• Fluent in Framer or an equivalent tool;
• Strong UI and motion design skills;
• Ability to maintain strategic discussions with senior PMs, marketers, and engineers;
• Ability to work at high velocity without sacrificing visual excellence.
