Product designer global

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform that helps businesses accept payments, grow revenue, and pursue new business opportunities. Its Global design team creates product experiences that simplify cross-border selling, including localized checkout, payment methods, global tax compliance, and cross-border money management.

• Understand user workflows and pain points, and produce, test, and iterate on designs that solve user needs
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to define product vision and experiences for new features
• Prototype user experiences for research testing and internal communication
• Collaborate with Stripe teams to create a seamless dashboard experience
• Conduct user research to test design decisions before shipping
• Collaborate with design systems teams to use and improve templates and components
• Envision features for the Stripe Dashboard and checkout surfaces with product managers and engineering teams
• Partner with go-to-market teams to bring features to users
• Develop new features and localize products for priority geographies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
• Set product vision to meet evolving user expectations in an increasingly globally connected and AI-driven world

• 6+ Years of relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company
• Strong design craft demonstrated through a portfolio of work
• High-fidelity prototyping skills using the latest AI tools
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through design deliverables, videos, and written artifacts

Annual salary range in the primary location: €93,000 - €139,600

• Office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of each month in their local office or with users
• Remote employees must live 35 miles (56 km) or more from a Stripe office;
