Job Overview
ES American School is looking for a highly organised, experienced Admissions Director to start in July ****.

This is a full time, permanent position.

ESAS is set in a beautiful, green campus 5 minutes from Barcelona airport.

Our staff are friendly, supportive and passionate about learning.

Our students come from over 40 different nationalities and are eager to learn.

Responsibilities
As well as ensuring the successful administration of all admission procedures, the role also includes liaising with payroll services and ensuring the smooth running of summer programs.

Qualifications
The successful candidate therefore must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in both English and Spanish and be able to nurture positive relationships with students and their families.

A deep understanding of data protection, confidentiality and privacy laws are also key.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

It is also imperative that you already have a work permit that allows you to work legally in Spain.
