Puesto: Learning Experience Designer (m/f/d)
Join our growing SLT Training Team, supporting the rapid growth of cbs SLT and Partners
This role requires a blend of strategic educational planning and creative production skills. You will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from initial consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), through the export of polished digital assets, to the ongoing assessment and improvement of courses.

Expectations and Tasks:

Training Course Definition:  Collaborate with SMEs to define outcome-based learning objectives, develop comprehensive training specifications and supporting documentation.

Content Authoring:  Build interactive e-learning courses using industry standard authoring tools, designing to manage cognitive load and modern accessibility considerations while respecting adult learning theory and design thinking.

Multimedia Production:  Create and edit visual assets, develop motion graphics/animations, produce narration scripts and perform video editing to enhance engagement.

Assessment Design (formative and summative):  Support continuous course improvement and formal certification strategies.

You are a versatile learning professional who is comfortable with the definition, design and production of learning programs. You bring a high level of curiosity to your work and a positive attitude to mastering new technologies. You are a creative problem-solver who maintains a sharp focus on detail without losing sight of the big picture. As a confident communicator you can translate complex technical concepts and information into engaging narratives while building meaningful rapport with SMEs across the organization.

All learning content and supporting documentation will be created in English, with German proficiency an advantage.
