We are looking for ambitious, adaptable educators who want to level up their own skill set while transforming how Spanish students master English. On this dual route, you won't just be working—you will be enrolled in an accredited Spanish immersion program while actively working as an ESL teacher.

You will split your time between being a student and an educator—a dynamic mix designed to sharpen your skills on both sides of the whiteboard.

In the Classroom (Educator Role):
Lead engaging, high-energy ESL sessions for young learners, teens, or adults. You will deconstruct English grammar, run real-world conversation workshops, and build student confidence without relying on English translation crutches.

In the Academy (Scholar Role):
Complete accredited Spanish language and methodology modules designed to advance your linguistic abilities.

Cultural Translation:
Bridge cultural gaps by introducing authentic international perspectives into your lesson plans while immersing yourself in everyday Spanish life.

We are selective. To qualify for this student-work route, you must meet both legal and academic benchmarks:

Education: Bachelor of Secondary Education (
BSED ), preferably majoring in English, Literature, or Languages (or a Bachelor's degree with a TEFL/CELTA credential).

Language

Skills:

English: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) proficiency.

Spanish: Minimum A1 Basic Spanish (ability to navigate basic daily interactions, directions, and greetings).

Legal Eligibility: Must meet Spanish Student Visa requirements (valid passport, clean criminal background check, and medical clearance).

Agility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dual-role schedule, maintaining academic standing while delivering quality teaching.

This program is structured to provide financial sustainability, legal security, and long-term career growth.

Legal Work Authorization:
Fully compliant student visa status granting legal authorization to work up to 20–30 hours per week while studying.

Monthly Stipend / Salary:
Competitive hourly or monthly earnings (€900 – €1,400/month depending on hours and region) to comfortably cover your living expenses in Spain.

Accelerated Spanish Mastery:
Accredited Spanish language courses included, moving you from A1 toward functional professional fluency.

Visa & Documentation Guidance:
Complete administrative support for obtaining your NIE/TIE (Foreigner Identity Card) and health insurance coverage.
