Learning Support Teacher

ES American School is looking for an experienced Learning Support Specialist to cover a maternity leave, starting in Sptember 2026. This is a part time position.

ESAS is set in a beautiful, green campus 5 minutes from Barcelona airport. Our staff are friendly, supportive and passionate about learning. Our students come from over 40 different nationalities and are eager to learn.

The role involves ensuring that each of our students,who require learning support, have their individual needs met. This may be through support on a 1:1 basis or within the classroom setting.

The successful candidate must have the relevant qualification, experinece of working with students in an educational setting and be able to communicate effectively, nurturing positive relationships with students, families and  faculty.
A deep understanding of data protection, confidentiality and privacy laws are also key.

As we are an American School, fluency in English is essential. It is also imperative that you already have a work permit that allows you to work legally in Spain.
