This position is fully remote CET ±2h or Barcelona-based.

Our Gaming team is made up of casual, and mid-core experts. Our Core games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our Live games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Mob Control.

We are looking for a Senior Game Developer - Player Experience and Game Feel, passionate about delivering unforgettable player experiences. You will craft highly polished, satisfying, and responsive features that elevate how players feel the game, from moment-to-moment gameplay to UI/UX and overall flow.

You will work closely with Designers, Artists, and other Developers to bring ideas to life with precision and care. You will own features end-to-end, ensuring every interaction feels great to play.

What you ll do:

• Build and iterate on player-facing features across gameplay, metagame, and UI

• Write robust, maintainable and extensible code, used by millions of players worldwide

• Polish and refine systems with a strong focus on feel, clarity, and delight

• Work hand-in-hand with design and art teams to bring ideas from concept to final implementation

• Maintain smooth performance and high-quality experiences across a wide range of devices

• Contribute to the overall quality bar of the game, ensuring every player touchpoint feels great.

• 5+ years of experience in Unity (or equivalent engine)

• Strong sense of gameplay feel and great attention to detail

• Excellent programming skills, clean coding practices, and a strong ability to contribute to scalable architectures

• Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile games with strong player experience focus

• Experience with shaders and VFX

• Fluent in English, with great collaboration and communication skills
