Role  As the Product Director for Block Jam, you will be a key owner of the product s vision, execution and strategic direction. Your mission is to help evolve the game, with the ultimate goal of turning Block Jam into a top-performing title in the puzzle game market.
Shape and Execute the Product Vision:
As part of the studio leadership, you will co-define and execute our vision-driven product roadmap. You will be responsible for translating this shared vision into actionable initiatives that drive growth and delight players.
Lead Major Product Initiatives:
You will own and guide critical new work tracks from concept to launch, focusing on high-impact projects that enhance core gameplay, introduce innovative features, and improve the overall game feel and polish.
Drive Monetization Strategy:
You will be responsible for the game s economy and monetization strategy (both IAP and Ads). Your goal is to create a balanced system that offers great value to players while driving revenue growth.
Champion a Data-Informed Culture:
Lead the analysts team to make informed decisions. You ll foster a culture of learning, helping the team understand why features succeed or fail to guide future development.
Be the Market Expert:
Keep a close pulse on the puzzle game market and key competitors to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be applied to make Block Jam a leader in the genre.

Lead the charge in developing unique features and experiences that make Block Jam stand out in a competitive market.
Drive Sustainable Growth:
Identify and execute on strategies that deliver measurable improvements in key metrics, including player retention, engagement, and monetization.

Experience:

Continuously seek opportunities to improve the core gameplay loop and meta, ensuring the game is fun, engaging, and visually appealing.
Profile   Proven experience in mobile gaming, with successful puzzle titles.
Background as Product Director, Product Owner (in a large company), or senior Product Manager/Game Designer at director level.
Strong expertise in product management: strategy, road mapping, and prioritization.
Solid knowledge of economy and systems design, particularly for puzzle games.
Strong ability to interpret data and lead product decisions based on analytics.
Self-motivated, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Clear and effective communicator, able to align diverse stakeholders.
Passion for puzzle games and deep understanding of market trends and player expectations.
