Location:

Dublin, Barcelona, or UK (remote/hybrid first)

What You Will Do

Strategic Planning and Execution:  Collaborate closely with a feature team to develop and refine the product roadmap, steer vision, and manage the feature lifecycle from specification to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and conduct release analysis and reporting.

Live Operations Initiatives:  Implement player‑focused improvements, in‑game events, sales, and campaigns.

Player Advocacy:  Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with target audience needs, addressing player issues, and driving initiatives that enhance customer and player experiences.

Leadership and Mentorship:  Lead daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and on‑time execution, while mentoring teammates.

Data Analysis and Insights:  Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesize data into actionable insights, and formulate strategies with measurable objectives to meet business goals.

Communication and

Collaboration:

Act as a proactive team member, clearly communicate complex ideas, maintain visibility with upper management, and support cross‑functional alignment.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of product management or product development experience in software or live services.

Strong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision‑making.

Deep understanding of player behavior and user experience, linking player needs to product and company goals.

Skilled prioritization: managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing effective tools and techniques.

Influential leadership: collaborative, with a track record of mentoring and empowering others without direct authority.

Bonus Points

Experience managing live operations on a major F2P title.

Genre experience in 4X strategy or MMORPG.

Additional product management or live services work experience.
