Position Overview
As the Design Director for Two Dots, you will report directly to the GM and join a team that is committed to delivering great player.square experien acknowledging turn into a growing spike. Your mission will be to lead the design department (Systems, Level, UI/UX) and cooperate with your close product/engineering/art/production peers to define long‑term game goals, draft a strategy, and follow up the execution.

Responsibilities

Strong team fit : results‑oriented, pragmatic, analytical, humble, ambitious and people‑centric.

Product strategy : collaborate to define the game’s vision, strategy and roadmap.

Game execution : raise standards by leading by example.

Management : unify and lead the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design). Set clear goals & KPIs, follow up results, and remove roadblocks.

Desired Skills And Experience

+7 years of experience in product / design positions.

Proven track record of managing a design or product team that delivered business results in a sustained way.

Strong analytical mindset: yolpa decompose significant problems into smaller pieces, devise opportunities, risks, and identify growth levers.

Strong communication: verbal and written.
