Recommend rewards and monetization game featuresto create an economic system tofulfilplayer needs.

Collaborate with game designers on new game featuresto maximize short and long-term playersatisfaction, and provide for monetization opportunities.

Balance customer experience and revenue opportunity for in-game currency and virtual goods.

Drive new initiatives for monetizingand rewarding the customer base.

Create a fun, engaging and outstanding player experience.

You will join an international team, reporting to the Monetization Manager.

YOUR SKILLS

Experience on F2P/mobile gamesis a plus.

Skillfulat complex Excel spreadsheetsis a plus.

Experience with data analysisis a plus.

Knowledge of F2P mobile market, staying up to date on industry trends, keycompetitorsand best practices.

Knowledge of game design, balancing, pacing & monetization strategies for F2P games.

Interested inlive ops and monetizationin mobile games.

Rigorous andlogical mindset.

Strong problem solving skills.

Proven ability to work inafat‑paced environment and to meet changing priorities.

Be a team player:we use agile development methods, where the team members are in permanent contact.

Open mind andgood communication skills area must.

Attention to detail, meticulous and organized working habits.

Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.

Fluentlevel of English is mandatory.

Experience with mobile game developmentis a plus.

Experience with live ops is a plus.

• Ticket Restaurant:220€ per month, and a Flexible compensation plan(Ticket Transport & Ticket Nursery).
• Flexible working hours:40-hour workweek with start times between 8 AM and 10 AM (or from 7:30 AM when working onsite to avoid traffic jams), and early leave from 4 PM (Fridays from 2 PM).
• Reduced schedule
  (35 hrs per week) in July and August, Easter, Christmas holidays, and special days like Sant Jordi and Revetlla de Sant Joan.
