You will report to a seasoned manager who prioritizes mentorship and professional growth, encouraging open communication and a supportive atmosphere. Our work setup is hybrid, requiring team members to be present in the office three days a week while also allowing flexibility to work remotely. This balance enables collaboration and connection with team members, while also accommodating individual work preferences. Travel requirements for this role are minimal, primarily focused on local client engagements or team-building events.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions using Nutanix technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop account strategies and create impactful sales proposals.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to influence customer purchase decisions.
• Manage complex customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Lead technical evaluations (POVs) and drive successful outcomes to support sales objectives.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with enterprise customers, positioning yourself as their go‑to resource for technical insights.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Nutanix products and the enterprise vertical to effectively consult with customers and prospects.
• Set first-year objectives to grow market presence in the Nordic region and contribute to team revenue goals through successful customer engagements.

• 6 to 9 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with a focus on Presales Engineering or Solutions Architecture for 3 to 5 years.
• Strong technical aptitude with a hands‑on approach to enterprise cloud technologies, virtualization, and data management.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop clear strategies and solutions.
• Fluent communication skills in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian), both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in managing complex accounts and facilitating large sales transactions.
• Ability to establish credibility as a subject matter expert in specific technical disciplines relevant to customers' needs.
• Experience delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Commitment to continuous learning and excellence, with the ability to mentor peers and support onboarding of new hires.

Hybrid:
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in‑person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in‑office resources.
