In this challenging and important role, you will provide accounting service to our sites in Europe, ensuring that assigned tasks in supporting Collections and Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts payable (AP) processes are performed at expected levels in terms of quality and throughput/ productivity.

• Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payment including verification, coding (GL accounts, cost centers and tax VAT codes)
• Ensures compliance with VAT, accounting policies and Internal Control Systems and procedures
• Perform cash collections activities, focusing on timely collection of AR and the minimization of write-offs
• Post and allocate incoming customer payments in SAP accurately
• Perform customer and supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customers and supplier queries and payment issues
• Identifies and implements improvements in the areas of Cash Collections and / or Account Payable process

• BS degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting position
• English as business language and fluent French or Italian
• Excellent communication skills and highly customer-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Keen to work as a team and learn
• Open to work in international environments
