Senior Accounting Manager

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to lead all accounting operations, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Tax Compliance
. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and efficient cash management while driving process improvements and team performance. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Director to enhance workflows and maintain compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

• Manage month-end and year-end closing
  , including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee tax compliance (VAT, income tax, payroll taxes) and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
• Supervise AP and AR processes
  , including invoicing, collections, and payment runs.
• Maintain strong internal controls and lead automation and ERP improvement initiatives.
• Act as the main contact for banking partners and ensure effective cash flow planning.
• Develop accounting policies and mentor a team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience in mid-sized or large organizations with high transaction volumes.
