• Process supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in accordance with current regulations (including VAT and with holdings).
• Coordinate with the local team in subsidiaries and other internal areas (such as Procurement and Controlling) for the correct coding and approval of invoices.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and follow up on discrepancies.
• Support the monthly accounting close with accurate and timely information.
• Contribute to the fulfillment of supplier payment KPIs (payment terms, invoice accuracy, level of incidents resolved).
• Manage incidents with suppliers and follow up until resolution.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and process automation initiatives in the area.
• Provide support in internal and external audits by providing requested information and documentation.
• Maintain organized and accessible documentation in accordance with internal audit policies.

• Education: 2–3 years in Accounts Payable, accounting, or finance, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• IT: SAP, advanced Excel.
