JOB PURPOSE: To provide finance business partnering support to the GV Global Functions to drive improved business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Partnering
- Oversee all financial aspects of GV central functions including Implementation, Project Services, GIC and LATAM including current and future performance, identification and realisation of opportunities and risks.
- Support the BU leaders in formulating and executing on strategy to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information.
- Take the lead on key financial processes such as operating plans, financial reviews and provide input into the strategic planning processes.
- Work with the BU leaders to develop appropriate staffing levels, productivity metrics to reach overall business objectives.
- Provide input into the strategic planning cycles with respect to functional / department impact.
- Ensure compliance with all ADP financial policies across the BUs ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging.
- P&L responsibility for the LATAM business.
- Accountable for backlog, starts and set up revenue as well as the associated cost bases and productivity metrics and measures.
- Influence standardisation of operating processes across the Global View business.
- Leverage ESI CoE resources to optimise transactional processes and reporting.
Knowledge required:
- Microsoft Office skills essential; advanced level in Excel and Databases.
- Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Planning experience preferred.

Occasional travel may be required.
