As Membership Manager
, you will lead the strategic development and growth of The Cover Club Barcelona. Your role is pivotal in attracting and retaining high‑quality members, ensuring an exceptional experience, and cultivating a dynamic community aligned with our three pillars.
You will also oversee a part‑time Events & Member Relations Coordinator to deliver seamless programming and engagement. This is a highly visible, member‑facing position requiring strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of lifestyle, luxury hospitality, and community‑building.
Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Growth: Develop strategies to attract and retain members; manage the full membership lifecycle and CRM accuracy.

Experience:
Deliver a personalized, high‑touch service; act as main contact and foster community culture.Events & Programming: Oversee event planning and execution; co‑create an annual calendar and refine based on feedback.
Partnerships: Build strategic collaborations with brands and institutions aligned with our pillars.
Operations & Finance: Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting; ensure compliance with standards and data protection.
Heartfelt Service: We believe in hospitality and nurturing communities.
