- National Sales Manager (Pharma - Special Care)
- Lead the sales team of a leading pharmaceutical company in Spain
This is a large organization operating in the Life Science industry, dedicated to providing innovative and impactful solutions. The company is well-regarded for its commitment to excellence and fostering a results-oriented environment.
Job Description- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of area managers and sales representatives (special care - hospitals) ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
- Define and execute the national sales strategy for the Special Care portfolio.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and data analysis, optimizing results across regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Marketing) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support managers through coaching and mentoring, fostering professional growth and building a talent pipeline.
- Adapt strategies to diverse market challenges, balancing performance objectives with team development.
- Participate in strategic decision-making with senior leadership and contribute to long-term planning.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Special Care.
- Proven track record managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to deliver results in complex and challenging territories.
- Strong strategic vision and business acumen, with the ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions and measure performance.
- Inspiring leadership style, capable of motivating and engaging teams.
- Resilient and adaptable in dynamic market conditions.
- Talent development mindset, with experience in mentoring high-potential individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
