Job Description
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of area managers and sales representatives (special care - hospitals) ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
  • Define and execute the national sales strategy for the Special Care portfolio.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and data analysis, optimizing results across regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Marketing) to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Support managers through coaching and mentoring, fostering professional growth and building a talent pipeline.
  • Adapt strategies to diverse market challenges, balancing performance objectives with team development.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making with senior leadership and contribute to long-term planning.
The Successful Applicant
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Special Care.
  • Proven track record managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ability to deliver results in complex and challenging territories.
  • Strong strategic vision and business acumen, with the ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions and measure performance.
  • Inspiring leadership style, capable of motivating and engaging teams.
  • Resilient and adaptable in dynamic market conditions.
  • Talent development mindset, with experience in mentoring high-potential individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

    Note:

    The role can be based anywhere in Spain, provided it allows frequent and agile travel across the national territory.
