Descripción del trabajo

About Energy Systems We help customers navigate the complex transition to a decarbonized and more sustainable energy future. We do this by assuring that energy systems work safely and effectively, using solutions that are increasingly digital. We also help industries and governments to navigate the many complex, interrelated transitions taking place globally and regionally, in the energy industry.

Green Power Monitor , a DNV company, is at the heart of the global energy transformation. We use data-driven digital solutions to optimise the performance of renewable energy installations around the world. Our work contributes to a more diverse, more sustainable global energy mix.

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to shape how projects are delivered?

As PMO, you will lead a team of project managers, own and define the project management framework, establish standards, and drive process excellence for the implementation of monitoring and control solutions (SCADA & PPC) across photovoltaic, battery storage, and hybrid plants. You will empower your team to ensure consistency, efficiency, high-quality delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the project management team, including mentoring, coaching, performance management, professional development, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer centricity to consistently meet client expectations and deliver value.
  • Drive process standardization and operational excellence across global projects, ensuring adoption and governance of PM standards while promoting knowledge sharing and lessons learned for efficient, predictable, high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and manage overall project portfolio performance, including progress, risks, budgets, timelines, financial and business metrics, providing actionable insights and reporting to leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation across multiple projects to optimize utilization, cost efficiency, and delivery outcomes worldwide.
  • Ensure consistent application of risk and issue management processes, assessing impact on timeliness, business goals, and financial performance, and ensuring escalations are resolved effectively.
  • Act as the central point of contact for customer escalation management, coordinating issue resolution across multiple time zones to ensure timely outcomes and sustained client trust.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (including logistics, purchasing, IT, and engineering) to ensure alignment, smooth project execution, and the adoption of tools, automation, and methodologies that enhance efficiency, quality, and transparency.

Success in this role is measured by consistently achieving or exceeding key performance indicators—including project handovers, revenue, profitability, and cost and margin control—while effectively managing workloads, customer escalations, and proactive engagement with key customers to drive high satisfaction, operational stability, and sustained business growth.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the definition, standardization, and governance of project management for renewable energy monitoring projects, shaping project execution, influencing cross‑functional teams, serving as a key customer escalation point, and developing and mentoring a team of project managers—delivering direct impact on both people and processes within a fast‑growing, high‑tech industry.
