Main Responsibilitiesin Operations Management

• Leadandoverseedailyoperationsatmultiplesites,ensuringadherencetosales,safety,quality,andoperationalstandards(FDA,HACCP,SQFcompliance).

• Develop,implement,andmonitorannualbusinessplanstoachievefinancial,quality,andservicetargetswithinthearea.

• Analyzedataandkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs) toidentifyareasforimprovementandsuccessfullyimplementcorrectiveactions.

• Collaboratewithsupplychain,procurement,andmarketingteamstooptimizeinventorymanagementandcostcontrols.

• Driveoperationalexcellencethroughleanmethodologies,continuous improvement,andprocessoptimizationinitiatives.

• Developstrongrelationshipswithclients,stakeholders,andpartnerstoenablebusinessgrowthandbrandpositioning.

• Leadthelaunchofnewsitesorservicelines.

• Prepareandpresentregularoperationalreportsandstrategicplanstothe Steering Committeeandexecutiveleadership .

Qualifications:

  Administration,Operations Management,orrelatedfield.

• Atleast5years'experiencemanaginginternationalsalesinregulated industries,havingexperienceintheEUmarket.

• Provenrecordinleadership,performance management,andthesuccessfuldeliveryofoperationalandfinancialtargets.

• Excellent communication,organizational,andanalyticalskills.

• Knowledgeofcontinuousimprovementmethodologiesisaplus.

• Strongproficiencyinenterprisemanagementsystemsandtools(ERP,MSOffice,inventorymanagementsoftware).

• Flexibilitytotravelfrequentlyacrosssiteswithintheassignedarea.
