Project Manager, Gerente de Operaciones, Gerente de Proyecto

Park Help and Cleverciti, are looking for a Project Manager to manage and coordinate technology projects at both national and international level.

This role is key to ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation through to final delivery, guaranteeing deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met.

Your mission will be to lead and coordinate assigned projects from order intake to final delivery, ensuring compliance with timelines, cost, and quality, while acting as the main link between clients and internal teams.

Tarragona / Barcelona (Spain)

• Degree or Master’s in Engineering
• 5–6 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced English (C1 minimum) and Spanish
• Background in Project Management
• Advanced user of IT tools and software

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and professional commitment
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure
• Highly organized and structured profile

• Plan, coordinate, and lead all phases of assigned projects
• Organize project kick-off meetings with involved departments
• Define objectives and ensure delivery on time, cost, and quality
• Monitor progress, anticipate issues, and propose effective solutions
• Ensure proper project closure and transition to maintenance
• Manage technical incidents during project execution
• Collaborate with the commercial team on maintenance, after-sales, and spare parts services
• Manage project resources (internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers)
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and the company
• Prepare progress reports and manage project risks
• Ensure compliance with safety and HSE regulations
