LABTWENTYTWO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lobby Ambassador to join our team. As a Lobby Ambassador your primary focus would be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient lobby operations.

As a lobby ambassador you will:

Greet guests upon arrival and provide luggage assistance in line with brand standards.

Assist group arrivals with porterage service.

Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the lobby area.

Support guests with hotel information, recommendations, and special requests.

Coordinate and deliver in-room amenities.

Assist front office with check in and check out tasks when necessary.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Handle complaints in a professional manner.

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hotel industry (Front Office, Bellboy, Porter, etc)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is preferred.

• English and Spanish are essential.
