General Manager Hotel Area Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing international hospitality group operating a portfolio of luxury lifestyle hotels, premium dining concepts and leisure destinations across multiple markets.

Reporting to senior corporate leadership, the General Manager & Area Manager Spain will be responsible for overseeing the operational, commercial and financial performance of the company's hotel portfolio in Spain, while supporting future development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving overall business performance across multiple hospitality assets.
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
• Leading hotel leadership teams and fostering a strong performance-driven culture.
• Managing budgets, forecasting processes and financial performance targets.
• Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Building strong relationships with ownership groups, investors and key stakeholders.
• Supporting hotel openings, renovations, repositioning projects and operational transitions.
• Contributing to strategic expansion initiatives and evaluating new hospitality opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with all corporate, brand and regulatory requirements.
• Representing the company within the hospitality industry and local business community.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience managing luxury hotel operations and strong commercial acumen.

Requirements include:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Significant experience as a General Manager within luxury or upscale hospitality environments.
• Previous multi-property, cluster or regional management experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Sales, Revenue Management and Finance.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility and achieving business targets.
• Experience working with ownership groups and multiple stakeholders.
  
  Track record leading renovations, openings, repositioning projects or growth initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
