**** Job Summary
** We are seeking a Junior IC Layout Engineer or highly motivated newly graduated to join our team and support IC layout implementation under guidance. This role is ideal for a new graduate with a strong interest in IC physical design and a desire to grow into a full ownership layout role.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Support IC layout implementation at the block or sub-block level
* Apply basic IC layout principles under supervision
* Run and assist with DRC and LVS checks
* Follow defined layout methodologies and best practices
* Communicate progress and ask for support when needed
* Learn layout flows, tools, and tape-out processes
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Basic understanding of IC layout fundamentals
* Motivation to learn and develop hands-on layout skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
