Automation Projects Engineer; Paint Shop

, we are looking for an experienced Automation Projects Engineer to lead automation and industrialisation projects within our Paint Shop
. This position will play a key role in the restart‑up, optimisation and development of painting facilities, ensuring high levels of efficiency, reliability and technical excellence.

• Manage automation projects from specification to commissioning.
• Define electrical and automation standards across the plant.
• Lead the restart‑up and reindustrialisation of Paint Shop facilities.
• Participate in the development of new paint shop installations using 3‑WET technology.
• Coordinate suppliers during design, installation and start‑up phases.
• Perform 2D/3D studies and simulations.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams.
• Drive improvements in reliability, efficiency and preventive maintenance.
• Analyse breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead multidisciplinary and cross‑functional projects.

• More than 5 years of experience in industrial automation projects.
• Strong experience in the design, specification, implementation and commissioning of automated production lines.
• Advanced programming skills in Rockwell PLCs and HMIs.
• Knowledge of servomotors, PID loops, motion control and industrial networks.
• Experience with EPLAN and AutoCAD 2D.
• Knowledge of ATEX installations and Machinery Safety regulations (RD 1215).
• Experience coordinating suppliers and leading technical projects.
• English B2.
