HUB is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer specializing in the home and living niche. From our office in downtown

WeWork office in Barcelona, we sell premium furniture through localized e-commerce websites in the US, UK, and EU.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Designer to produce consistent, visually exceptional lifestyle and product imagery across multiple categories. You will work closely with our Creative Lead and category managers to provide diverse visuals for our websites and marketing campaigns. You’ll be based four days a week in our WeWork Barcelona office (Monday–Thursday) and work remotely on Fridays, collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams in London and across Europe.

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical AI mastery with an exceptional design taste.

• Create highly realistic, premium-quality lifestyle and product images using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Whisk and other image-based AI)
• Develop consistent visual styles across categories (dining, office chairs, sofas, interiors etc).
• Create daily batches of visuals with high accuracy and minimal revision cycles.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to refine design standards.
• Ensure visual consistency across the entire catalog and projects.
• Constantly explore new AI tools and act as an early adopter.

• Expert-level AI design skills (e.g., ChatGPT, Whisk, other AI image creation tools).
• Strong sense of aesthetics - composition, lighting, interior style, color harmony.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across large volumes of output.
• Experience producing lifestyle/product visuals for e-commerce preferred.
• Fast, reliable execution with low error rates.
• 3+ years of working in a fast paced environment relying on strong visuals (marketing agencies, e-commerce, retail brands or similar).
• Previous experience for Kava Home, Zara Home or similar is a plus.
