Social Media Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a highly creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:
  Develop, design, and execute content strategies for social media platforms, focusing on Forex, crypto, and trading topics relevant to our target audience.
• Campaign Management:
  Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement social media campaigns supporting key promotions like low spreads, fast execution, trading competitions, and educational content.
• Community Engagement:
  Actively engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage conversations to build a strong community, establish trust, and enhance customer experience.
• Market Trend Monitoring:
  Stay up-to-date on Forex and crypto market trends to create timely posts that resonate with current market dynamics.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  Track social media performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and compile insights for monthly performance reports to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
• Brand Representation:
  Ensure brand consistency with industry standards and company values in all social media activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the Forex or finance industry.
• Content Creation
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and experience writing compelling copy tailored to social media audiences.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong understanding of social media KPIs and experience using analytics tools.
• Market Knowledge:
  Solid knowledge of Forex, crypto, and financial trading principles is a pus but not a requirement
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish and or proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Creativity & Innovation: A flair for original ideas and the ability to create engaging content that stands out in the financial services industry and work in a strong regulated environment .
