We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to join our Display & Video advertising area — a structured thinker and hands‑on orchestrator who will drive seamless campaign execution across markets and channels. In this individual‑contributor role, reporting to the Head of Paid Acquisition Strategy, you will own one or more products (e.g. flights, hotels, trains, car rental) and/or strategic initiatives (e.g. drive brand awareness and consideration, position our brands in new markets, promote our apps, etc.)

and act as the right hand in enabling cross‑functional alignment, improving planning and driving the development of our Upper/Mid‑funnel strategy. You’ll help getting insights on the market and competitors, shape acquisition tactics, elevate creative quality, organise delivery milestones, and ensure campaigns are well‑structured from brief, to launch, to post‑mortem. What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

1) Campaign Orchestration & Project Management
  • Orchestrate campaign execution across channels and markets.
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, from strategy and brief definition to delivery, QA and post‑campaign review.
  • Ensure timing, coordination, and quality of all campaign deliverables across teams and markets. Drive cross‑functional alignment between Media, Product Marketing, Creative and Measurement to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage key work streams — including Campaign Kickoffs and Post‑Mortems — ensuring agendas, documentation, and next steps are clear, structured, and actionable.
2) Marketing Strategy
  • Define and oversee the rollout of the Full‑Funnel framework, from pilot concepts to execution and scalability.
  • Maintain and evolve the market and campaign Benchmark, covering creative trends, competitor tactics, formats, audiences, and media execution examples.
  • Develop campaign briefs and oversee creative asset quality to ensure alignment with both brand positioning and performance objectives.
3) Process
  • Improve internal ways of working by strengthening visibility, standardisation, and operational discipline.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of campaign templates, planning frameworks, briefing models, and knowledge documentation.
  • Keep the channel knowledge base updated to support learning, scalability, and operational efficiency across markets.
