Role Summary

You own ad creative as a strong performance engine. Your mandate is to build, test, and scale ads that turn psychology, trends, and insights into revenue — and do so at speed.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the ad testing and scaling roadmap across Meta, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms
  • Translate performance data into clear, high-conviction creative briefs
  • Drive high-velocity iteration with designers, editors, and UGC creators
  • Study competitors and reference brands obsessively to identify winning patterns
  • Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, formats, and platform shifts
  • Apply deep understanding of human psychology and buying behavior to every ad
What Success Looks Like
  • 2–4× year-over-year growth in ad platform investment while maintaining or improving efficiency
  • Fast learning loops that consistently produce scalable creative winners
  • A repeatable system for creative performance — not one-off wins
How You’ll Work
  • Report to the Marketing Manager
  • Partner daily with creative production
  • Think in systems, frameworks, and throughput, not individual ads
Your Profile
  • Oversee ad accounts with strong $2M+ in annual spend
  • 3+ years in performance creative or paid media for DTC / e-commerce
  • Proven ability to scale spend through creative-led performance
  • Performance-obsessed, data-driven, and intolerant of vanity metrics
  • Deep student of persuasion, psychology, and why people buy
