The OpportunityThe purpose of this position is to assist the global media manager to coordinate and translate to Puig Local Offices the brand media strategies into local media strategies.
Establishing clear leadership with global digital media agency team, and global media team experts, to ensure excellency on media support to the brand team, from briefing to reporting on their owned managed campaigns (DTC, Social amplifications…).
Being the key point of contact with the global media manager to coordinate local needs, ensuring strong market relationships, and close support to the different brand media stakeholders on all media related topics.
- Assist the global media manager on the definition of the Brand global strategy
- Lead and coordinate with the help of the digital agency the production of global reports ensuring high level of insights & recos (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad’hoc).
- Lead and coordinate with the help of Global media team digital experts & global media agency, tactical digital planning activities, for brand DTCs & social amplifications campaigns.
- Assist the global media manager on the coordination of meetings with media partners.
- Provide global and local benchmarks, learnings and best practices across brands and markets
- Ensure brand strategies consistency on the local media plans
- Control & ensure data consistency and accuracy on local reporting
- Ensure & assist if needed, that local & brand campaigns run on time
- Continually look for opportunities to streamline and improve processes
Experience:
- At least 3 years in a media position, experience in the beauty/luxury industry, preferably in a digital media agency, digital media department of a beauty and personal care company or consultancy company
Education:
- Business Administration, Marketing, Communication.
- Digital certification programs such as Google, Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight school, is a plus
Languages:
- Advanced English, Spanish, French is a plus
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; teamwork & cooperation
- Strong presentation skills and high level of articulation required
- Strong analytical skills and data‑driven thinking; comfortable working with numbers, metrics and BI tools and spreadsheets
- Up‑to‑date with latest trends and digital marketing/media best practices
- Business savvy and digital curiosity
Specific Knowledge required:
- Proven ability to develop digital media strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to Puig Local Offices and Media Agency
- Superior skills with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and analytics tools
- Brand and performance planning experience essential, demonstration knowledge of both traditional and digital media planning disciplines (video, social, programmatic, search)
- Demostrable understanding of customer journey plannning
- Good working knowledge of key industry planning and buying and analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google adwords, DCM, DBM, DS, GA360, TGI, Comscore, Nielsen, Facebook insights, Facebook power editor, Twitter ads, Snapchat, Amazon, MOAT, IAs, etc)
